You're feeling paranoid?

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling that way, and I am counting on you to do your best to stay safe, if not for yourself, then for me.


I want you to focus on your safety, whether that means going some place alone, away from anything that you could hurt yourself with, or reassuring yourself that you won't be harmed by anything. You've felt this way many times before, and you've always left this state safe and unharmed. This wouldn't be anything different, you just have to do your best to reassure yourself, even if the thoughts aren't rational.


Maybe try grounding yourself a little bit too. It couldn't hurt, right? Steady your breathing by taking deeper breaths, take in your senses. Do you have something that you can focus on? Maybe touch something you enjoy like your frog for example, look around your environment, take in any smells... whatever you can notice about youself or your environment is great! Try to keep doing that and see if it helps at all.


If none of this helps at all, I wouldn't be upset. You can always come to me, alright? I'll do my best to listen and guide you through anything you're feeling. You have nothing to be scared of when coming to me, I can always promise that.
